At Silk Bloom, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly as possible. Please review our processing and delivery timelines below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

After your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Including processing, please allow approximately 6–11 business days from placing your order to delivery.

These timeframes are estimates. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@trysilkboom.com. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email info@trysilkboom.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
